**Sales Coordinator**

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team to achieve their targets and objectives. You will be responsible for coordinating with sales team for timely reporting, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless communication between the sales team and Management.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Support Sales Team**: Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks such as on time reporting of daily visits, and tracking the whole day’s activity of sales team.
- **Maintain Sales Records**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
- **Communicate with sales team**: Act as a point of contact for sales team inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance sales team satisfaction.
- **Prepare Reports**: Generate reports on sales performance, market visit report of sales executives and give the feedback to the management for each and every sales person.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

**Work Environment**: The Sales Coordinator will primarily work in an office setting, collaborating closely with the sales team, customer service representatives, and other departments.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
