**Responsibilities**:

- **Office Operations**:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained workspace.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and equipment.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Arrange and coordinate meetings, including room setup, audio-visual equipment, and catering if necessary.
- Prepare meeting agendas and distribute materials.
- **Travel Coordination**:

- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- **Event Planning**:

- Plan and organize office events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Coordinate logistics, invitations, and catering for special events.
- **Document Management**:

- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist in document creation, editing, and distribution.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols in the office.
- Work with relevant teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in office administration or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Previous experience in a similar role in a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with office equipment and technology.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles for expense tracking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
