Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) & Office Manager
Location: Mumbai
Company: Cran promotions pvt. Ltd.
**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Ensure that all tasks are completed promptly and to a high standard.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.
- Multi-Business Coordination: Assist in managing multiple businesses, including tracking project deadlines, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring that all aspects of the business are running efficiently.
- Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and that the executive team is supported in achieving their goals.
- Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and manage company events, meetings, and other gatherings. Ensure all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate issues and proactively resolve them to ensure smooth operations. Take initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize travel plans, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation. Ensure that itineraries are well-organized and communicated to all relevant parties.
- Flexibility: Be ready to take on additional responsibilities and work extra hours as needed to meet the demands of the business.
Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and supporting executives.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Flexibility to work extra hours as required
