**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assisting in Managing all tasks relating to Securities and their transfer and transmission
- Drafting of various Board Level policies and ensuring they are updated
- Maintenance of statutory books and registers
- Assisting in Managing the Secretarial Audit
- Assisting in Managing all the compliance as required under the Companies Act, 2013
- Assisting in Managing all the compliance as required under SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015
- Liaising with external regulators and advisers whenever required
- Assisting in Drafting Minutes, Notices and various Agenda papers as and when necessary
- Assisting in convening and conducting the Companies AGM/EGM, Board Meeting, Committee Meetings etc.
- Assisting in Drafting various legal documents executed in day-to-day business.
- Qualification Company Secretary
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proven experience in legal and compliance.
- Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
