**_Process Developer - S2P_**

**_
- **

**_Responsibilities _**

**_Running compliance checks on all free text PR (Purchase Requisition) incoming via Coupa; create POs post successful compliance checks_**

**_ _**
**_Route PRs via approved Buying Channels (catalogs or web-forms) and preferred vendors_**

**_ _**
**_Handling inquiries from internal customers as well as from external vendors and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met_**

**_ _**
**_Maintaining clear records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken_**

**_ _**
**_Maintaining and updating content in Coupa for category cards, catalogs, preferred vendors, web-forms, to ensure accurate content that is easily accessible to all our business partners_**

**_ _**
**_Act as liaison to the Accounts Payable team to resolve PO related invoice issues_**

**_ _**

**_ _**
**_Keep track of all requests received, either through ticket or manual tracker, for efficiency and follow-up purposes_**

**_ _**
**_Follow-up with requesters/co-functional teams to provide quick resolutions_**

**_ _**
**_Following-up up with suppliers/vendors whenever required_**

**_ _**
**_Provide periodic updates to users/impacted parties on the status of the ticket/issue raised;_**

**_ _**
**_Transfer/raise/coordinate inquiries to appropriate teams for resolution_**

**_ _**
**_Find opportunities to improve or to streamline the process_**

**_ _**
**_Proactively take action and identify Continuous Improvement opportunities._**

**_Qualifications we seek in you_**

**_Minimum qualifications_**_ _**:
**_Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills (English)_**

**_ _**
**_Basic Knowledge of MS Office Applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint_**

**_Meaningful working experience in the Procurement field_**

**_ _**

**_Preferred qualifications _**:
**_Working experience on Coupa or Ariba_**

**_Exposure to Source to Pay cycle_**
