_In this role, you will be a part of the Shared Services Centre (SSC), reporting to Manager and will be responsible for _
_Operational work_
_ including data analysis and management in the Sourcing/procurement function. This is a Target based role wherein the resource will have to achieve the minimum target as per the process on daily basis and share additional support at the time of volume surge._

_Responsibilities_:

- **
_Requisition to PO Process_
_ _
_Receiving the Purchase Requisition from users to create Purchase Orders in Application as per defined SOP's_
_ _
_Checking all required documentation and approvals_
_ _
_Creation of PO on Oracle tool as per defined SOP's_
_ _
_Generate MIS through MS excel, pivot tables, lookup formulas and other excel formulas_
_ _
_ _
_Vendor Creation_
_ _
_Receiving the request from users globally to create supplier/s_
_ _
_Checking all required documentation and approvals are present as per defined SOP's_
_ _
_Creation of the vendor profile on the Oracle and Ariba tools._
_ _
_Maintenance of the metrics related to Vendor creation._
_ _
_Vendor checking of statutory documents as part of Vendor Pre-Qualification_
_ _
_Management of a centralized repository in a structured manner_
_ _
_Following up with stakeholders for necessary documents at a recurring frequency_
_ _
_ _
_Procurement Helpdesk_
_ _
_Managing & guiding stakeholders for their Procurement related queries._
_ _
_Reverting to queries within the stipulated time frame._
_ _
_ _
_Vendor Governance Support_
_ _
_Support VGO, SME's in seeking compliance-related documents._
_ _
_Regular follow-ups with vendors to meet the deliverable timelines._
_ _
_Proactive approach in highlighting concerns/observations to respective process lead._
_ _
_Accuracy from a Quality standpoint is a must._
_ _
_ _
_Additional Duties_
_ _
_Documentation and maintenance of excel based tracker on a daily and real-time basis_
_ _
_Resolves queries timely and accurately within TAT_
_ _
_Support team members and actively participate in team discussions and meetings_
_ _
_Self-motivated person and handling independently assigned task_
_ _
_Support during an audit in making the information available_
_ _
_Reporting_
_ _
_Data analysis and publishing of dashboards._
_ _
_Generate MIS through MS excel pivot tables, lookup formulas and various other formulas._
_ _
_Provides MIS reports to manager/teams and publishes Dashboards as per the prescribed frequency_
