- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a system administrator, network administrator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of VoIP, cloud-based communication systems, and network infrastructure.
- Experience with RingCentral or a similar UCaaS platform is highly desired.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

**Responsibilities**:
As a RingCentral System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's cloud-based communication and collaboration platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, manage, and maintain RingCentral’s Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) system across the company.
- Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues related to VoIP, video conferencing, team messaging, contact center, and other functionalities.
- Assist with the integration of RingCentral with other systems such as CRM or ticketing platforms.
- Train staff on how to use RingCentral features effectively.
- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and assist with password and access troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance and take steps to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with updates and new features released by RingCentral and coordinate the implementation of these features when appropriate.
- Collaborate with other IT team members and work closely with department heads to assess and address their communication needs.
- Prepare reports on system usage and performance.
