**Position Title**: Front Office Executive with Telemarketing Responsibilities
**Location**: Bengaluru

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients upon arrival.
Direct visitors to the appropriate office or personnel.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
Event Management.
**Administrative Support**:
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
Order and manage inventory of office supplies.
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
**Client Interaction**:
Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns.
**Telemarketing Duties**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided lists to promote services.
Answer questions about products, services, and the company.
Gather and document customer information.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities to generate leads.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Address customer needs and resolve issues or complaints promptly.
**Follow-up and Reporting**:
Follow up on leads and prospects to ensure successful conversion.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.
Prepare and submit timely reports on call activity, sales, and leads.
**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or Sales is a plus.
Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, Telemarketer, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service orientation.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
Persistent and results-oriented.
Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
This dual-role position requires an individual who is proactive, personable, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The combination of front office duties and telemarketing responsibilities demands a balance of administrative skills and sales acumen to ensure both the smooth operation of the front desk and the achievement of sales goals.
