Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- **Lead Management**: Qualify leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into long-term clients.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends, client needs, and competition to tailor service offerings.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress and market feedback.
**Qualifications & Skills Required**:
- **Language Proficiency**:
- Fluent in **Hindi and English** (spoken and written).
- **Communication Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong telecommunication and interpersonal skills.
- **Experience**:
- Prior experience in sales, especially in the IT services domain, is a **plus**.
- Familiarity with international markets is a **plus**.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- **Customer Orientation**:
- Strong ability to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- **Self-Motivation**:
- Highly driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certification or training in sales techniques or CRM tools is a bonus.
