We, at NOVAR GROUP are growing outsourcing company, providing IT Services and IT Staffing/Direct Placement Services.

We are looking for **Independent** **IT Recruiter**.

Important you have to understand technology and you should know job descriptions of Network Engineer, System Administrator, Cybersecurity Engineer, Project Manager, Web Developer.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Understand the job requirement
- Create detailed job description
- Review applicants to verify if the position requirements are met
- Format resumes as per clients’ expectations
- Conduct interviews
- Participate in on-line meetings with potential clients (customers)
- Mostly time work in the American time zone

**A Technical Recruiter needs the following skills**:

- Ability to understand technology
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to utilize social media tools to support recruitment efforts
- Must have a high attention to detail and possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

**Qualifications**:

- 6 + years of IT Recruiting Experience.

Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, dynamic environment responding to multiple open job requirements across a wide spectrum of technology related positions including but not limited to Network Engineering, IT Security, Development, Architecture, Software Engineering, Storage Engineer.
- English
- Advanced level.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
