We are actively seeking a talented and motivated individual, preferably a recent graduate with a passion for digital marketing, to join our dynamic team as a Digital Marketing Executive. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience across key marketing disciplines, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media, and Web Design.

**Responsibilities**:
**SEM**:

- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Create compelling ad copy and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**Social Media**:

- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram,Google, and LinkedIn.
- Create high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with the graphic designer to curate captivating creatives and reels.
- Manage and grow our social media communities.
- Analyze social media performance and track key metrics.

**Web Design**:

- Collaborate with designers and developers to improve the user experience of our website.
- Identify opportunities for conversion optimization.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest web design trends and best practices.

**You're a perfect fit if you**:

- Have recently completed a digital marketing course or certification.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Have a creative mindset and a passion for storytelling.
- Are proficient in basic digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
