**Job Summary**

Handling of Injection Moulding Machines, Tool loading & unloading, and Process set up as per standard, Robot programming and start up.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot and adjust moulding parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output.
- Sets up and operates injection-molding machines, Installs dies on machine, according to work order specifications, using clamps, bolts, and hand tools.
- Sets machine controls, regulating moulding temperature, volume of plastic, moulding pressure and time, according to knowledge of plastics and moulding procedures.
- May mix thermoplastic materials and colouring pigments in mixing machine, according to formula.
- Troubleshoot the process for defects.
- Ensure that the routine quality checks are followed and reports are filled properly.
- To communicate with Store for issue and return of material as per shop floor order.
- Responsible for all aspects of the injection moulding process including set-up, process adjustments, inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and workflow.
- Responsible to produce quality parts in a timely manner in accordance with production schedules.
- Monitor to ensure that all auxiliary equipment and moulding machines stay in good working order.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹10,305.08 - ₹15,058.17 per month
