We are seeking a talented and experienced Junior Associate Marketing to join Synoptek's Marketing team. A Tech Marketing Writer is expected to often tie in content (both long and short-format) with Synoptek's Services & capabilities to create content assets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (C-level executives, Subject matter experts, and Process owners from operations, sales, marketing, and design) to develop innovative and effective content that drives engagement and generates leads.

**Responsibilities**:
**A Day in the Life**

The role's primary responsibility is to create and update content assets in adherence to the company's brand guidelines for multiple channels, including but not limited to website, marketing, sales, and social channels. The other set of responsibilities includes:

- Working closely with the business to produce and maintain a clear brand voice and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Design, build, maintain, and grow our social media presence across all platforms.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing messages that align with brand values and objectives, suitable for a varied target audience.
- Observing the market regularly to maintain the knowledge of market trends as well as perform research to draft up-to-date content for assets as well as social media.
- Working with HR for employer branding initiatives.
- Evaluate tasks using relevant KPIs and analytical tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics.
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships easily.

Great communication skills and ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.

Qualifications:

- Must hold a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
- Committed to growth-oriented marketing - Capable of catering to the needs of the business.
- Excellent written, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail & excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- A proven ability to produce high-quality results and work with tight deadlines.
- Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
