As the Automation professional in our Planning and Analysis Team you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

Job responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders within the Lines of Business (LoB) to understand and assess requirements and arriving at the designated solutions
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations in gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing customer needs, and designing technical solutions
- Develop solutions primarily using tools like UiPath, Alteryx, Xceptor, SharePoint, MS Access, VBA, Python, Tableau
- Work on change management and development enhancements and also provide production support to existing solutions developed by the team
- Ensure appropriate technical documentation is defined and maintained relative to solutions deployed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders: firm-wide, Functional Finance and lines of business teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related stream from accredited institution
- 6-8 years of working experience, preferably in financial services industry or finance organization
- Certification in Alteryx is preferred
- Working knowledge of UiPath, Xceptor, Python, Tableau, VBA/Macros, MS Access, SharePoint and Java script is desired
- Proficient understanding of data warehouse lifecycle
- Process and detail oriented, must be able to gather and understand requirements clearly & Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems and business requirements and recommend innovative alternatives and solutions & Ability to write effective and scalable codes and test and debug to improve functionality and efficiency
- Ability to design, develop, test and implement complex and innovative solutions & Ability to multi-task, understand multiple priorities, and meet multiple deadline
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and deliver on competing priorities & Ability to work as part of a team, sharing responsibilities and knowledge across the team
