Job description
- We want an Smart workers, Who can Handle Admin & Assist in Back office Work
- Responsible for Searching on various Govt Portals & on Gem portals
- Should be capable to handle tenders published on E-Portal.
- Arrange documents as per Tender Requirement
- Preparation of Tenders & Procedures / Bidding and submission of Tenders Uploading/Submitting the Documents
- Assist department with all documents support Liaison with Govt. Department for Vendor Registration, Approvals and Renewal Submitting documents for getting new registration as approved vendor
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary, & maintain positive working relationships with others
- Follow-up With Customer for Purchase Order & requirements
