**Responsibilities**:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy:

- Identify target audience segments and create targeted campaigns to reach and engage with them effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, incorporating new ideas and strategies into our initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, using data to optimize campaigns and achieve desired outcomes.

2. Content Creation:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding guidelines and effectively communicates our value proposition.

3. Social Media Management:

- Manage and optimize social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) to increase brand awareness and engage with the target audience.
- Develop and implement social media content calendars, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
- Create and manage paid social media campaigns to promote job opportunities and company updates.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities, making recommendations for improvement and innovation.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other elements to enhance search engine visibility.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, making data-driven decisions to improve results.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze digital marketing metrics, providing regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
- Use data insights to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to enhance marketing strategies.
- Monitor digital marketing budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience as a digital marketer, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think strategically while also executing tactical plans.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
