**Job Summary**:
As a Process Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient functioning of various operational processes within the organization. This entry-level position offers an opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in process management and coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various processes.

2. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of operational activities.

3. Monitor workflow and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.

4. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and eliminate bottlenecks.

5. Maintain accurate documentation of processes, including updates and revisions.

6. Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.

7. Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and resolve issues.

8. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or other field.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

3. Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

7. Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.

8. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

9. Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to the success of the organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
