* Conduct Classes on Research, Assignment Writing, and Referencing:

- Plan and deliver instructional sessions to students on effective research methodologies, academic writing techniques, and proper referencing styles.
- Design engaging and interactive learning materials to enhance students' understanding and learning outcomes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and collaboration among students.
- One-on-One Guidance and Coaching:

- Provide personalized guidance and coaching to students who require individual support in their academic endeavors.
- Identify students' strengths and weaknesses in research and writing, tailoring your approach to address their specific needs effectively.
- Offer constructive feedback to enhance students' skills and boost their confidence in their academic abilities.
- Assignment Redo Assistance:

- Offer assistance and guidance to students who need to rework their assignments to improve their performance.
- Help students understand the feedback provided on their previous submissions and facilitate their progress towards better results.
- Assignment Evaluation:

- Thoroughly review and evaluate assignments submitted by students, ensuring adherence to academic standards, guidelines, and formatting requirements.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to help students understand their areas of improvement and areas of excellence.
- Stay Updated with Academic Practices:

- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in academic writing, referencing styles, and research methodologies.
- Continuously update and improve your own knowledge and skills to provide the most relevant and effective guidance to students.
- Student Support and Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other faculty members, academic advisors, and student support teams to ensure a seamless support system for students' academic needs.
- Offer guidance and counseling to students facing challenges in their academic pursuits, referring them to appropriate resources when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, English, Writing, or a related discipline).
- Demonstrated expertise in academic writing, research methods, and referencing styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and build rapport.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed in their academic endeavors.
- Strong organizational skills to manage one-on-one sessions and classroom instruction effectively.
- Prior teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience will be advantageous.
