**Job Title**: Lead Analyst

Network VOIP-PSTN L3 - 9 to 12 Yrs

**Responsibilities**:
Install, upgrade, manage, support, and troubleshoot Cisco and third party gateways used for SIP and ISDN integration
Maintain and Add Cisco Contact Center call flows for multiple call centers
Maintain and add Genesys call flows for multiple call centers.
Install and upgrade Genesys components in production environment.
Experience with Call Center ACD, IVR, CTI, Skilling, Reporting, ACD Metrics, and Call Recording
Understanding and functional knowledge of DNS Service Entries
Experience with VOIP protocols (SIP, SDP, RTP) are essentials and Encryption protocols TLS and SRT
working knowledge of VOIP, SIP trunking solutions, contact center solutions, call routing, Cisco and other voice gateways,
UCaaS, and CCaaS solutions. Working knowledge of Cisco HCS and Cisco UCM cloud.
Provide support through installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, configuring, granting, and upgrading communication systems and hardware

**Must-Have Skills**:
Cisco Unified Communications solutions including Cisco UCS, Unified Communications Manager/CME, Unity Connection/Express, UCCX, Presence,

**Good-To-Have-Skills**:
Genesys Cloud Certification
Cisco Certification - CCNA, CCNP(Voice), CNE, CUE
