As a Telesales Executive, you will be an integral part of our sales department, responsible for driving revenue growth by actively engaging with potential customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to promote and sell our services, build strong customer relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound sales calls to prospective customers, introducing our services and generating interest in our offerings.

Identify Sales Opportunities: Effectively identify customer needs, preferences, and pain points to tailor your sales pitch and present suitable solutions to potential clients.

Deliver Compelling Sales Presentations: Present the features and benefits of our services to potential customers persuasively and answer any questions or objections they may have.

Maintain Sales Pipeline: Accurately record all customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales leads in the CRM system to ensure efficient management of the sales pipeline.

Meet Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and closing deals.

Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term business partnerships.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for product improvements and stay ahead of the competition.

Collaborate with Team: Collaborate with other team members, sharing insights and best practices to improve overall sales performance.

Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market feedback to sales management.

Maintain Professionalism: Uphold the company's values and represent the brand in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Knowledge of education industry and its market dynamics is a plus.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection in a constructive manner.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
