1. **Outbound Calling**: Freshers in this role will primarily engage in outbound calling to potential customers. This involves making a high volume of calls to introduce products or services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments.

2. **Product Knowledge**: As a Telesales Executive, it's essential to understand the features and benefits of the products or services you're selling. Freshers will receive training and should be willing to learn and adapt quickly.

3. **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how your product or service can address those needs.

2. **Complex Sales**: Handle more complex sales scenarios, addressing objections and negotiating terms with potential clients.

3. **Pipeline Management**: Manage a sales pipeline, nurturing leads, and maintaining relationships with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

4. **Data Analysis**: Utilize data analytics and sales tools to make informed decisions and strategies to improve sales performance.

5. **Customer Retention**: Focus on customer retention and post-sale support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

**Qualifications**:
**12th**

**Graduation**

**Freshers**: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, with no prior experience necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a desire to learn, and a positive attitude are essential.

**Experienced**: Prior telesales or sales experience is generally required, along with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are important for experienced Telesales Executives.
