**Responsibilities**:
**Sourcing and Talent Pipeline**:
**Recruitment and Selection**:

- Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities, from talent sourcing to interviewing and hiring.

**Hiring Operations**:

- Manage day-to-day hiring operations and coordination activities to ensure a streamlined and efficient process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and preferences.

**HR Practices and Support**:

- Assist in driving HR practices, staying updated on industry trends, and contributing to the development of HR policies.
- Work on various auxiliary operations-related tasks to support overall HR initiatives.

**Onboarding**:

- Plan and execute the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or in any other related field.
- 1+ year of relevant experience with bulk hiring.
- Prior experience in bulk hiring for non-technical roles is mandatory.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously. Knowledge of HR best practices and a proactive approach to stay updated on industry trends.
