Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR Intern, you will play a vital role in driving our company's growth by generating new business opportunities. This position is ideal for someone with 0-2 years of experience and a master's degree who is looking to gain practical experience and develop their skills in sales and business development. Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and target industries.
- Assist in creating and executing outbound sales campaigns to generate interest and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop targeted prospecting strategies and refine sales messaging.
- Utilise CRM software to track and manage leads, document customer interactions, and update sales activities.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide feedback to the sales team on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales documentation and reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- A master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (internship experience will be considered).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a sales environment.
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
