**Role & responsibilities**
- Reviewing reservation requests for accuracy, such as dates and times, and making adjustments where needed
- Communicating with customers to resolve issues with reservations or accommodations, including providing information about policies or processes where necessary
- Assigning staff to help with reservations during busy times of year such as holidays or summer vacation periods
- Reviewing and approving guest lists to ensure that reservations comply with company policies regarding capacity limits
- Scheduling staff to ensure that there are enough employees at all times during high volume periods, such as weekends or holidays
- Reviewing and approving hotel or resort contracts to ensure that rates and terms are in accordance with company standards
- Making sure that reservations are fulfilled and that guests are satisfied with their experience at the property
- Monitoring sales activity to identify opportunities for increasing revenue through new business and upselling existing clients
- Overseeing the activities of other members of the reservations staff, including receptionists, phone operators, and clerks who handle reservations by phone or in person

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
