IT Executive

**Position Title: IT Executive**

**Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or issues related to computer software and systems. Also keep Database Backup from time to time.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to resolve business problems.
- Daily Monitoring of ERP, and ERP implementation, and Coordinating with the developer team.
- Set up new user and ERP user rights management.
- Maintain ERP records of daily data communication transactions, problems remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
- Train or instruct users in the proper use of hardware or software.
- Assist in Server infrastructure management, performance monitoring, Operating System upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Windows Server, Desktop system, Printers, Attendance Machine, Wifi, LAN Networking, Active Directory, Hardware, CCTV, and other IT Devices knowledge and keep all systems running smoothly. Also Firewall and Internet Management.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Other IT admin Works.

**Requirements**:
Good Experience in ERP (Tally)and IT roles of more than 7 years.

Knowledge of ERP systems, ERP Support, and Development.

Knowledge of Firewall devices like SOPHOS etc.

Knowledge of MAC os, Windows os, SQL Server, NAS, DNS, DHCP, Backup system, and Tally Prime.

B.Sc in Computers, B.Tech/B.E. in Information Technology, B.Com in Commerce, BCA in Computers or any Relevant Education.

**Reporting to**:Director

Salary range: 35000 to 45000 ctc

Office Timing: 9:00 to 5:30 | Monday to Saturday
