**Administrative Assistant / Officer**
**Responsibilities and duties**
- Manage workflow by ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
- Provide administrative support to team
- Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copiers - fax - Scanning machines
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
- Maintaining office records - both digital as well as physical.
- Performing basic bookkeeping/clerical duties
- Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.
- Coordinate in consolidating and putting together pre-prepared documents for Board Meetings or for submissions to other parties.
- Coordinate travel bookings for in-house team and for Board members as well.
- Overall be responsible for the smooth functioning of the office.
**Qualifications and skills**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must
- Ability to analyse and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
- Quick-thinking, planning, coordinating, and executing skills
**Other details**:
Location : Millers Road, Bangalore.
Working : Monday to Friday, 09:30 AM to 6.00 PM
Term : One year contract, (renewed yearly).
Recruiter : Established not-for-profit organisation.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
