**ADMINISTRATIVE BACK OFFICE** - BANGALORE

**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Sales**:administrative management of customers’ Sales Backoffice supporting customers' administrative needs and providing clarifications (e.g. invoice requirements).
- **Finance**:administration.
- **Customer Service**:

- Planning: business travel management (booking flights and hotels for service technicians), management of expense reports and checking corporate credit card payments.
- Aftermarket back office: management and entry of customer orders
- **Operations**:

- Logistics: stock management and dispatching creating and issuing invoices and organizing the dispatch of tools and consumables
- Reception: general administrative management of the ordinary bills of the facilities (bills, rent, banks, post office, secretary) and secretarial activities of the office.

**EDUCATION**

Accounting or linguistic diploma.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Knowledge of principles of General Accounting
- Knowledge of English
- Knowledge of Office Package
- Previous experience in a production company
