**UI/UX Designer**

**experience : 2 to 10 years**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, software developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into user-centric UI designs.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and perform usability testing to gain insights into user needs and preferences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to demonstrate UI/UX concepts and facilitate iterative design processes.
- Design and refine user flows, navigation systems, and information architecture to optimize the user journey and enhance usability.
- Develop visual design elements, including colour schemes, typography, icons, and imagery, that align with the product's brand and aesthetic.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to implement UI designs, provide guidance on design specifications, and ensure accurate visual representation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve the UI/UX design process and deliver innovative solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UX skills and successful projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD or Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices, with the ability to empathize with users and advocate for their needs.
- Knowledge of usability testing methodologies and experience conducting user research to inform design decisions.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and the ability to communicate effectively with developers.
- Excellent visual design skills, including a keen eye for colours, typography, and composition.
- Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mind-set, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs that align with project objectives and timelines.

**Salary : 40,000 Rs. - 90,000 Rs.**
