We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-centric websites using Adobe XD / Figma, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and React. In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be expected to possess strong communication skills and be able to deliver training sessions to our team as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing website designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Design and implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and React.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and ensure optimal user experiences.
- Optimize website performance, load times, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, design principles, and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions to educate and upskill team members on UI/UX design principles, tools, and techniques.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Provide design guidance and support to the development team throughout the implementation process.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics data.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and React.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.
- Knowledge of front-end development frameworks and technologies.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and previous work.
