**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design and update job descriptions.
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Manage and Fill Job & Various MIS Trackers.
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
- Team & Client Handling.

**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgement, Confident and have Go-getter Aptitude.
- MBA in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.
- Good in Word and Excel and Internet Surfing.

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES**
- MBA in HR or Equivalent.
- 1-2 years work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.

**OFFICE HOURS & TIMINGS.**
- Monday to Saturday.
- Office Timing 10 am to 6 pm.

**SALARY**
- 15-20K
