**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market through strategic research, networking, and outbound sales activities.
- Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms to connect with potential clients, build relationships, and promote our staffing services.
- Conduct client needs analysis to understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- I'd like you to maintain a robust sales pipeline and follow up with prospects and leads.
- Please collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met with the highest level of satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, fostering long-term partnerships with clients.

**Requirements**:

- 6-12 months of experience in sales, preferably in IT staffing or related industry, with a focus on the US market.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Strong expertise in using LinkedIn for sales and networking purposes.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
