As a Pre-Sales Associate at Pink Ivory Design Studio, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by initiating contact with potential clients and effectively communicating our design solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads via phone calls to understand their needs, introduce our services, and qualify them for further consultation with our design team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively reach out to leads via phone calls to introduce Pink Ivory Design Studio's services and assess their home interior needs.
- Engage leads in meaningful conversations to understand their preferences, style, and budget constraints.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Pink Ivory Design Studio's design solutions, highlighting our expertise, craftsmanship, and commitment to excellence.
- Qualify leads based on their level of interest, budget, and timeline for their home interior projects.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads for consultation and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the pre-sales process and enhance lead conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to better position Pink Ivory Design Studio in the marketplace.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a pre-sales or telemarketing role, preferably in the home interiors or design industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
- A passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and follow-up.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field is preferred.
