**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Ensure data security and implement measures to safeguard company information.

Collaborate with external vendors for IT support and procurement of hardware/software.

Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring compliance with security policies.

Conduct regular system audits to identify and address vulnerabilities.

Provide training and support to end-users on IT-related matters.

Keep abreast of technological advancements and recommend upgrades when necessary.

Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Monitor and manage IT budget, making recommendations for cost-effective solutions.

Monitor, coordinate, update all tasks related to our web portal and website.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role (1 to 3 years).

Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security protocols.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to IT management.

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are advantageous.

Knowledge of GSuite will be an added advantage

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
