- Managing Service Requests and Incidents for clients via service now tool
- Assisting client via chats in order to resolve their technical concerns and queries
- Worked with Incident management tools to resolve customer queries with full satisfaction.
- Installed software, modified and repaired hardware and resolved technical issues
- Worked with different parameters like MTTR, FCR, AHT, Survey score with defined determinations.
- Worked with System Administrator role, took Admin rights on clients user machine to manage chat flow and perform technical support with bes
