Job Title Sales Officer/Sales Executive

**BASIC JOB FUNCTION**

1. Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies

2. Responsible to achieve Primary & Sec. Sales Target

3. Conducting Consumer Research/Survey

4. Opening of A+ Outlets in the assigned territory

5. Responsible For Merchandising Activity

6. Responsible for Credit Control and Outstanding Collection from Distributor

7. Responsible for Grievance Handling

8. Proper Implementation of Company Trade Scheme

9. Appointment of New Distributors in Unrepresented Areas

10. Monitor competition within assigned region

11. Responsible for Distributor Inventory as well as FIFO (First in First Out)

**QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

1. 10+2/ Graduation from recognized university with 3 Years of active & valid experience in sales and distribution for FMCG/Organic food products.

2. Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred.

3. Proficient in MS Office.

**MAJOR DUTIES**

1. Directly responsible for the opening & operational of Distributors, Juice Bars & Institutional sales in their respective area of operation for all products (Juices, Ketchup, Jams and Organic) -to be supported by logistics support.

2. To administer sales in all distributors and cover all outlets in each month and reports to be shared on daily basis.

3. All sales team will work as per need of the organization.

4. Directly responsible for new product launch as per the plan shared by marketing department.

5. Identify local business opportunities and challenges.

6. Discover sales opportunities through consumer research.

7. To keep a sharp Eye on Competitors Activity/Price/Trade Scheme.

8. Meet with customers and retailers to address concerns and provide solutions.

9. Present products and services to prospective customers/retailers.

10. Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g., trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.

11. Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes for 3rd party employees.

12. No. of calls (per day 20 calls) vs productive calls (min.70%).

13. Reporting on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually) and presenting it to concerned seniors.

14. Work closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas.

15. Timely Submission of Stockiest Claims.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
