**Job Summary**:
- Office Admin - executives have support responsibilities and handle functions that help the front office work well. Main responsibilities are processing projects, managing databases, analyzing consumer trends, and handling accounting and finance tasks
- **Education**: B.A. / B. Com /B.B. A / M. Com Experience: Min 3-4 Years in the same field
- **Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Maintain Office Decorum & House Keeping
- Action on all incoming call/document/inputs complain
- Attending Visitors
- Common Interface with Customer, Employ and Management
- Patty Cash management
- Payments to Supplier, Rent & Expenses
- Insurance/ Contracts / Agreements Renewals
- Material Dispatch & Receive
- Regular purchase
- Support Role to Operation Department
- Stock verification and list of Non-Moving material
- Various MIS reports
- Accounting in Tally
- Project and Other Office Document Management
- Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel
- **Key Skills**:
- Good in communication skill
- Computer knowledge
- Basic Knowledge of Accounting & Tally
- Independently Drafting Skills for Mail & Other Communications
- Fluent Hindi, English
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
