**Job Title**:Inside Sales.
**Designation**:Lead Generation and Customer Relationship Executive.
**Total Experience**:2-3 years proven experience in prospecting and lead generation and 1-2 years experience in sales management. Speaking to International customers and prospecting expertise is required for software lead generation. (region of exposure USA and Europe Region).
**Qualifications**:BE CS/ IT, MCA, BCA, MSC IT/CS, BSC IT/CS, and Preferred an MBA degree in Sales and Marketing.
**No. of position: 1**
**Salary**: up to 8lpa depends on experience (all inclusive plus incentives) fixed plus variable, target based.

**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making calls per day as per targeted guidelines. Associating and working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. the job is target oriented.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Management**:
- Manage, nurture, and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities.
- Assess and analyze a prospect's current process and requirements.
- Provide engaging and articulate information about ASPL’s value proposition to potential customers.
- Maintain well-organized, up-to-date, and accurate sales information and activity reports in the Salesforce CRM system.
**2. Sales Management**:
- Learn to manage complex enterprise sales throughout the sales cycle.
- Efficient management of the sales pipeline using ASPL’s processes.
Confidently participate in the preparation of proposals and the presentation of professional product demonstrations, via webinars or face-face meetings.
- Represent ASPL at corporate events or sales meetings independently or with colleagues.
- Meet personal targets and work towards ASPL’s sales goals and profitability.
**3. Communication**:
- Work closely within a small sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues.
- Provide accurate and timely information as required to project managers, the delivery team and senior management.
- Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, and other tools used for generating business.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures culture, and business ethics.
**4.Product Knowledge**:
- Develop a strong knowledge of ASPL’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process.
- Understand how the benefits of ASPL’s products and services can meet customer’s needs in various business verticals.
**Required Experience**:
- 2-3 years’ proven experience in prospecting and lead generation and 1-2 years’ experience in sales management.
- Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems, preferably Sales force CRM.
- Experience of working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team.
- Can evidence a track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding personal targets.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements and Routing qualified opportunities to the enterprise team.
- The ASPL-IS will also send quotations to customers for the enquires sourced by them directly. (new feature of IS).
- In-bound lead management of the ASPL product logos, qualifying them, creating opportunities, routing it to sales team and closures.
- Renewal management.
- Creating new opportunities with similar success stories and case study research for the past 5 years where company has been consistent with the products they have sold and logos they worked with.
- Maintaining the chat box for the website.
- Responsible for recovery of payments.
**Required Skills**:
- Has developed all round interpersonal skills.
- Good in IQ and understanding of Software tools and why they are used in the SDLC lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills.
- Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude.
- Conscientious, hard-working, and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.
- Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, google programs and social networking tools. Experience in Salesforce would be preferred, but not essential.
- Good organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritize as necessary.
- Must be highly proficient in all aspects of the English language, especially speaking, listening, and writing skills.
- An honors degree in a relevant discipline, preferred but not essential.
