As a ServiceNow Product Owner, you would be responsible for leading functional consulting in ITSM space to implement processes/modules in ServiceNow
- while analyzing current operational processes; assessment & designing or redesigning of these processes to drive significant improvements in productivity, quality and service and working closely with business stakeholders and technical team to specify and deliver new/enhanced processes.

As a Servicenow Product Owner, you will be responsible for:

- Participating in development and execution of ServiceNow strategy and roadmap.
- Serving as the single point of ownership for an entire module or group of modules; coordinate the delivery of new features and workflows, daily operations.
- Leading functional process implementations for designed/re-designed processes using ServiceNow
- Working closely with ITSM Platform Owner to ensure delivery using Agile/Sprint methodology.
- Managing backlog and sprint planning; offer updates and direction and remove obstacles to ensure the product and team members have all the tools and guidance to successfully execute the strategies
- Supporting process and tool implementation through appropriate documentation for processes, functionalities, test scripts and training material.
- Conducting operational trainings and follow organizational change management process. Implement KPI measurement & reporting

To be successful in this role you will:

- Be a graduate in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
- Able to serve as a code reviewer to ensure best coding practices are being followed
- Have strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical language
- Have Experience of performance data analysis of ITIL- processes
- Have ServiceNow
- certification is preferred but not a must
- Have ability to organize, delegate, and leverage resources to accomplish objectives
- Have Supervisory skills and the ability to leverage support from other parts of the organization
- Have Organizational and time management skills
