Job Title: Resident Medical Officer(Pediatrics)

Location: Dadri, Greater Noida

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Resident Medical Officer (RMO) specializing in Pediatrics to join our dynamic healthcare team. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients under the supervision of senior medical staff. Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality medical care to pediatric patients in accordance with established clinical protocols and standards of care.

2. Conduct thorough medical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning for pediatric patients presenting with a diverse range of medical conditions.

3. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.

4. Monitor and evaluate the progress of pediatric patients throughout the course of treatment, making necessary adjustments to management plans as required.

5. Perform medical procedures and interventions as deemed necessary for the well-being of pediatric patients, adhering to established guidelines and safety protocols.

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, examination findings, diagnostic test results, and treatment plans.

7. Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff, including interns and medical students, as part of their clinical education and training.

8. Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and continuing medical education activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

9. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice, demonstrating compassion, empathy, and respect for patients and their families at all times.

10. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research activities aimed at enhancing pediatric healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the relevant medical board or council.
- Completion of postgraduate training in Pediatrics (MD, DNB, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Prior experience working in pediatric clinical settings, including internships, residencies, or rotations, is advantageous.
- Strong clinical acumen and diagnostic skills with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing medical education.

Salary and Benefits:
