2. Experience: 2 years, Experience in Air Freight

3. Work Performed:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To provide customers with the highest quality service by providing consistent customer service and resolution to ensure timely movement of inbound or outbound freight/cargo.
- It will also involve managing Key Account customers, handling shipments from inquiry to execution, and maintaining relationships with Airlines, Shipping lines, haulers, and other service providers to ensure that the CSE exceeds the customers' service requirements. Tracing & Tracking Freight, keeping customers updated at all times, acknowledging of deliveries, collections, and bookings, data Entry and all Freight Administration, and ensuring accurate costings and revenues are applied to each shipment.
- **We have multiple openings for Freshers also **_

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
