Office Coordinator

File documentation relating to employees and projects.
Prepare meeting rooms for use by printing relevant documents and setting up any devices that will be used.
Manage office inventory.
Greet clients and visitors.
Answer phone calls and provide requested information.
Greet and welcome visitors to the office, directing them to the appropriate person or department. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel. Take messages and relay them to relevant parties. Maintain and organize office files, records, and other documentation.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
