Roles & Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations: A foreman is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently.
- Managing schedules: A foreman schedules, coordinates, and supervises the work of all site operatives.
- Ensuring quality: A foreman ensures that projects are completed to the agreed standards. - Managing budgets: A foreman monitors budgeting expenses for workers, supplies, or tools.
- Maintaining a safe work environment: A foreman reviews laws and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Reporting progress: A foreman reports on project progress to superiors.
- Training and development: A foreman trains and develops staff.
- Problem-solving: A foreman solves disputes between workers.
- Liaison: A foreman acts as a liaison between construction workers and supervisors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
