Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Investment Company. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships with potential investors and promote our investment products and services. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development: Proactively identify and target potential investors through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.

2. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their investment needs, financial goals, and risk appetite. Provide personalized investment solutions and advice to clients, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our investment products and services.

3. Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations to educate clients on our investment offerings. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and potential returns of our investment products. Address client queries, objections, and concerns to ensure their understanding and build trust.

4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

5. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential target markets and develop strategies to penetrate new markets effectively.

6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and sales pipeline. Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, targets achieved, and market insights, for management review.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, such as portfolio management, operations, and marketing, to ensure smooth client onboarding, investment execution, and effective communication of product updates and promotions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the investment industry
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and investment strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Financial Planner) are advantageous

**Salary**: ₹8,521.00 - ₹31,953.02 per month
