- Drafting of other legal documents like Memorandum of Understanding, Letter of Indemnity, Affidavit, Term Sheet, Letter of Intent, Addendum, letter of termination etc.
- Drafting of property documents such as Sale deed, Lease Agreements, Leave and License Agreements, Agreement to sale.
- Scrutiny & verification of the property documents;
- Legal Search
- Keep all agreements, property papers, etc. including certified copies obtained from various authorities/departments in safe custody.
- Ensure the finalization of Legal Documents in line with the legal requirements.
- To identify potential risks in contracts and provide recommendations to mitigate such risks.
- Conducting due diligence of properties, title notes, proof reading
- coordinating with internal stakeholders and external lawyers for reply to legal notices and consumer complaints and other miscellaneous legal work.
