Legal Associate Litigation

(Civil & Criminal) having

PQE of 3 years or more

at Falcon Legal in Andheri, Mumbai. Legal Associate, will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including research, legal document preparation, analyzing legal issues, effective communication, ability to work collaboratively and comprehensive legal advice.

QualificationsStrong understanding of law, including experience in Criminal, Civil & Commercial LawsEnrolled with Bar Council of Maharashtra & GoaWell versed with Marathi/ Local LanguageExcellent drafting skillLaw and Legal Issues knowledgeStrong legal document preparation skillsExcellent analytical skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal mattersAbility to work collaboratively and independently under tight deadlinesExperience in specific legal domains (e.g., Criminal, Civil, Corporate Law) is a plusMaster's degree in Law or related field is preferred
