**Brief about the Team**

**What will you do**:
**-Customer/ Patient Support**:
**-**Assisting Patients with placing orders, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and answering product-related questions**.**
- Identifying and addressing their issues, complaints, or escalations, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex problems and proactively finding ways to improve the overall customer experience.

**-Customer/ Patient Feedback**:

- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate patient insights and contributing to the development of new features or services.
- Maintaining records of patient interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in internal databases or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Generating reports and insights on customer trends, feedback, and satisfaction levels to drive continuous improvement.

**-Product Knowledge And Customer Education**:

- Maintaining a deep understanding of the products and services offered by Tata 1mg, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare devices, wellness products, and other relevant categories.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information to patients and assisting with the products/medicines based on their requirements, as suggested by their treating physician.

**What we are looking for**:

- Graduate with 1-3 yrs in Customer Service
- Excellent organizational skills, with an emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
- Excellent communication skills
