Fiori Artisanal is a from-scratch eco-conscious, experimental dessert kitchen and artisanal bakery located in Bangalore.
We are an all women's team coming together from various backgrounds to consciously create a new space in the pastry scene of the city. We are growing, and need more hands to get closer to our goals
**Job Description**:
- Day-to-day pastry production (production of Choux pastry, Cakes, Fillings, Garnishes)
- Actively be involved in Pop-ups and events
- Handling order operations Inventory
- Management Upkeeping of the premises
- Involvement in R&D Some content creation for social media
- 5 days working (including weekends) Mondays closed.
Job requirement:
- Pastry/Culinary Diploma or some hospitality certification is a must
- Should be based in Bangalore to easily commute to the kitchen everyday.
- If planning to move, we are not liable for relocation services.
- Should be physcially fit to work in a fast paced enviornement on their feet, 6-8hours a day, 5days a week.
- Open to fresh graduates Minimum 6 months of experince (including internships)
- Salary will be designated based on candiate's credentials and profile.

Contract length: 12 months
