**Job Summary**:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling products or services to potential clients/customers in a designated geographic area. You will actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies. Your ultimate goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients/customers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients/customers, highlighting the value proposition of the company's products or services.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and contracts with clients/customers to close deals and maximize profits.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and potential threats.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and contracts, using CRM software or other tools.
- **Travel**: Travel within the designated geographic area to meet with clients/customers and attend sales meetings or conferences as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Proven Sales Experience**: Previous experience in sales, particularly in a field sales role, is preferred.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with clients/customers and delivering sales presentations.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate terms of sale and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Self-Motivated**: Must be highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- **Time Management**: Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- **Driver's License**: A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated geographic area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
