**In This Position, You Will Get To**:

- Develop Channel Sale Strategy and Marketing Plan across Gujarat
- The holder of the position is responsible for leading the achieving Annual Plan

/Budget for the Solar industry.
- Support to build and execute sales strategy for accelerated Growth of Solnce Energy.
- Work with Major National/International Brands in Solar Power, Panel Manufacturers, Installers associated Residential and Commercial projects
- Develop existing and New Customers for assigned Products
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales and margin targets for the Region and Markets.
- Identify new growth opportunities in the assigned Territory
- Develop an understanding of market trends and the competitive environment
- Develop Distributors in Key Regions of India /In particular Key Metros
- Formally provide input on pricing, delivery, and other sales influencing factors to Regional Business Unit
- Achieve Profit Margins for Line of Business and achieve price realization in line with the target
- Provide support to the Sales & Marketing team of existing and new distributors to be hired
- Be regular with updates, building new opportunity pipeline.
- Lead Customer consultations and negotiations
- Business development, lead generation, business expansion & growth strategies for achieving top & bottom-line targets for solar rooftop projects
- Interface with B2B clients (Owner, CEO, VP, Managing Director, Electrical Head, Plant Head, HOD, Maintenance Head, Purchase Head and other Sr. level officials) at both pre-sales and post-sales stages.
- To ensure right specifications for the solar rooftop product/solution, meeting customer requirement/market requirement and give to marketing for development. Proposal and tracking of certifications & product approvals as per market requirement for product positioning & selling.
- Formulate business strategies and strategic utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve organizational business objectives, short term, and long-term.
- Site feasibility study and assessment. Shading analysis and Estimates of Energy generation. Identify project's electrical requirements & review project RFQs/ RFPs.
- Determine load demands, sizing of solar PV Capacity, AC/DC Calculations, PV Layouts, Energy Storage, prepare 3D layouts.
- Calculating technical Sizing and estimated cost of the projects and bill of material including installation & commissioning work.
- Preparing Techno-commercial proposals. Preparation of MIS & Maintaining proper records of all tenders and details of pricing
- To develop the distributor/ dealer network, which includes identifying potential distributors/ dealers, shortlisting them by a screening process, and finalizing them by entering into formal contracts.
- Generate business for batteries and all our solar products.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, which includes order processing and supply chain management for the prompt delivery of products & services.
- To manage entire work pertaining to negotiations & finalization of orders

Administration:

- Provide Sales opportunities and market/competitive analysis reports
- CRM
- Sales Forecasting
- As other organizational needs arise, he/she will accept other responsibilities besides the ones listed in this document. This could also include managing Sales resources within the assigned sales territory
- Informs his line Managers about all situations, developments and occurrences which are important for the superior or are requested by him, as well as about all upcoming decisions which require his approval.
