**Activities Performed**
- Review and process basic customer transactions
- Investigate and resolve data or account discrepancies
- Input, edit and maintain customer account information
- Escalate issues in a timely manner to a supervisor - when unable to resolve/ understand customer request
- Serve as a liaison between company client, end customers and various other stakeholders
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Document all activities and actions required to successfully resolve customer issues
- Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times
- Follow policies and procedures to meet all client, NTT DATA and regulatory requirements, related to billing and payment, release of information, record retention, privacy and confidentiality

**Required Experience and Qualification**
- Open to work in 24 x 7 environment, especially US shifts
- Ability to type at minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills

Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (05:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirements
